Our business model is designed to deliver returns and growth through efficient operations and a focus?on our customer-facing businesses.?This ensures we are well placed to deliver for our customers and to meet our?broader obligations to society.

We are organised in three divisions:?Centrica Consumer,?Centrica Business?and?Exploration & Production.

Our customer-facing businesses are supported by the common operating functions of Customer Operations and Field Operations. These functions are where we interact with our customers and are fundamental to our success.

To ensure our model remains efficient and scalable, all businesses are supported by a number of centre-led Group Functions that are responsible for setting boundaries and standards which allow us to effectively manage risk and ensure a strong system of internal control.
